Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. The following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging;

The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or consumption;

The product must include all tags (or protective seals), manuals, and any accessories that came with it.
⚠️ We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Product measurements in centimeters are provided to help ensure the correct size is chosen.
There is no legal obligation for the seller to accept exchanges due to buyer's remorse regarding color, size, model, or any similar reason.
IMPORTANT:
Returns will not be accepted if the conditions above are not met.

Email used during the purchase

Reason for the return or exchange

A video showing the defect, if applicable
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and refund the product value along with the shipping cost.
Refund Methods

Credit Card Refund: The refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
