In the case of a return, if all conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy are met, the customer will be refunded only the amount paid for the product (shipping fees are non-refundable). The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the product or service must be in perfect condition and unused. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process the refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within up to 15 business days, or may appear in up to two billing cycles, depending on your card provider.
